A supplier in Schertz, TX is seeking a motivated Order Selector to join their team at their distribution center. As an Order Selector, your job will be to work with both inbound and outbound customer orders, as well as keep track of stock and maintain an organized inventory of supplies.

About the Job:
The Order Selector is responsible for the execution of various duties and tasks associated with daily warehouse functions, operations, and activities- especially counting, inspecting, and receiving inbound and outbound orders. As an order selector, you will use the cherry-picker to pick product and an RF scanner to receive inventory. Basic knowledge of these materials is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort, count, inspect, and receive inbound orders.
  • Use RF scanner to receive orders.
  • Select, palletize, and audit outbound orders.
  • Accurately stock products in proper locations.
  • Accurately complete shipping/receiving logs for all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Use stand-up forklift/cherry-picker to reach product.
Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of RF handheld scanners.
  • Basic forklift (cherry picker/stand-up/reach truck) experience is REQUIRED
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
  • Order selecting experience.
  • Must be comfortable with heights.
  • Adequate mathematics skills.
  • Stocking, receiving, and selecting accuracy.
  • MUST pass background and drug screening.
Pay:

$15.00/hr.

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7 AM-4 PM.
