Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
  • Trash Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers, ensuring proper sorting and disposal procedures are followed.
  • Surface Cleaning: Clean  mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment; report any safety hazards or security concerns immediately.
  • Special Requests: Accommodate special cleaning requests from staff or management as needed.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred.
