Master's Degree Therapist Needed

Dreamer Wellness Center is looking for a Licensed Master's degree therapist, Monday through Friday, mostly evenings, no weekends. An Equine assisted therapy certification is preferable but willing to train. The position will start part-time and build to full-time as the caseload grows.

Dreamer Wellness Center is located on a 38-acre horse farm, providing experiential therapies including equine-assisted therapy (ground-based), art, and social skills. to children and adults. Dreamer Wellness is seeking a part-time/full-time therapist to work at the farm in Mequon Monday through Friday, hours of operation are 8 am-8 pm. Opportunity for growth and expansion including training in equine therapy.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Detail Oriented.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • License in the field.
  • Must pass a background check.

About the Position:
  • Dreamer Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services.
  • Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Meets with clients regularly to provide therapy.
  • Maintains thorough case notes of client meetings and progress.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
