  QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE:
  • Appropriate NJ Department of Education Certification
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students      
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
  • Collaborate with other awesome professionals like yourself
  • Monitor and document student progress
