Lawn Technician

We have the need to add Lawn Care Technician's for the 2025 Season.

For more than 50 years, we have been providing liquid fertilization treatments to residential and commercial customers using state-of-the-art equipment and processes.

 We offer a competitive hour pay rate of between $16 and $22 per hour plus a Performance Based Bonus Program after training. These positions are full time with overtime opportunities (Monday through Friday Daylight hours plus some Saturday work opportunities). These positions offer the ability to make $40k-$60k annually with an uncapped bonus opportunity.  After 60 days of employment, we offer medical benefits, life insurance, and participation in our 401k plan.

• The individual must enjoy working outside in all types of weather, working independently and have excellent customer service skills. 
• Position requires the ability to be able lift up to 50 pounds and for the individual to be able to be on their feet for more than half of the work day in a fast-paced environment.
• We require a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.  
• They must also have reliable transportation to/from work each day.

No experience is needed as we provide ongoing training for the services we provide and to achieve the required certifications. Our starting rate of pay with no experience will be between $16 and $18 per hour during the training period.
