RN Supervisor Pay:

• $3,082 weekly gross based on 40 hours
• Local and Travel pay packages available
• Weekly Direct Deposit.
• Benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
• Plus, a travel bonus to the assignment

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now hiring for ASAP Start Dates
• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
• 40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT
• 8-hour shifts

 RN Supervisor Job Details:

• Ensures the provision and documentation of individualized nursing assessments, care planning, implementation of patient care and treatment, evaluation of treatment, and revision of care plans to ensure quality services are provided. 
• Provides immediate assistance and decision making during crisis and high risk situations.
• Coordinates and reviews the authorization, monitoring, and documentation of the restriction of patient rights and the use of seclusion/restraint in the least restrictive environment.
• Provides guidance and support to staff, and assigns nursing care and treatment to appropriate staff members ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

 RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• RN experience in a Psychiatric Nursing role
• Nurse Supervisor / Nurse Manager experience
• MT or Multistate RN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• Clean background check upon hire.
