Personality is key for this Certified MA/Receptionist position.

We are looking for an experienced person who is flexible, energetic, organized, great multitasker and who works well with others or by themselves to make the patient experience go well. Medical experience is a must.

We are a 5-day-a-week (Monday thru Friday) office that is looking to grow to be open Saturdays and Sundays too.

Job details:The MA/Receptionist is responsible for:
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Scheduling patient appointments.
  • Greeting and checking in/out all patients.
  • Making sure all patient information is inputted correctly.
  • Processing fax's and verifying insurance.
  • Taking care of patient in back office (perform EKGs, draw blood and administer injections). 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing is preferred. 
  • Phlebotomy experience is a must.
