Roseville Precision, Inc. is looking for A Sheet Metal/Mechanical Engineer with Sheet metal fabrication knowledge. Great Career Opportunity with a path for advancement. Positions are located in Rocklin.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Programming Sheet Metal parts for Amada Punch and Amada Fiber Laser or ability to learn quickly.
  • Working with Solid Works and CAD/CAM files (AP100US would be a plus).
  • Create detail form or weld drawings for the shop.
  • Routing and Quoting experience.
  • Reviewing/Updating Job Instructions, Materials, And Routers for Accuracy and Improvement.

Technical Background:
  • Min 5 -10 yrs in the Sheet Metal Business.
  • Skilled and Proficient in SolidWorks 3D, FabriWin/AP100, AutoCAD.
  • Program Parts for Laser and Punch.
  • Generate & Check Flat-Pattern layouts.
  • Strong Organizational and Planning Skills.
  • Knowledgeable with all Sheet Metal Processes.
  • Welding background is a plus.
  • Forming background is a plus.
  • Background Managing others is a plus.

Required:
  • Ability to Read and Understand Prints.
  • A Firm Understanding of Bending Calculations and Flat Pattern Layout is Essential.
  • Interfacing and Communicating with Customers, Vendors, and Ether Employees.
  • Ability to Create/Design Fixtures.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Team Player & Good Communicator.
  • Organized.
