Are you a talented scratch baker and cake decorator looking to expand your skills? Our Company is searching for professionals to join our Bake Team at our Charlotte location. We have a variety of roles available, including bread baking, cake decorating, pastry production, and other support work. Successful candidates should:

  • Have extensive experience, skill, and passion in Baking and Pastry Arts.
  • Work well with others, even under pressure.
  • Understand and adhere to kitchen sanitation, safety, and cleaning protocols.
  • Be reliable and consistently punctual for shifts.
 
Requirements:
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Available between 5:00 am to 1 pm; shifts typically last 8 hours.

Additional desired qualifications:
  • Experience with laminated dough.
  • Experience with natural leavened dough.
  • Cake decorating skills and creativity.
  • Familiarity with large-scale production methods and machinery.
  • Possess Servsafe or any other regulatory qualifications.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
