Other Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Saturday (7:30 am-3 pm) or Sunday (9 am-3 pm) availability is a must.

Some of the daily responsibilities may be: 
  • Be the face of the practice as you welcome patients. 
  • Manage the flow of incoming patients among clinicians to ensure timely intake.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through detailed Health Records collection and review. 
  • Maintain & update patients’ demographics.
  • Data collection to aid us in strategic planning. 
  • Be a liaison between patients, clinicians and management to improve intake efficiency, and patients’ and clinical staff experience. 
  • Successfully manage clinicians’ schedule. 
  • Conduct and oversee digital communications with patients via chat and email. 
  • Manage high call volume.
  • Verify patients’ insurance (coverage, copay, drs’ participation). 
  • Take x-rays, instruments sterilization, 4-handed dentistry.
  • Coordinate patient’s treatments and finances.
