Furniture Salesperson/Store Manager

About the Role:As a Salesperson or Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. Your goal will be to create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met professionally and enthusiastically.
- Sales Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to drive conversions and meet targets; E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
- Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and team members.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns or operational issues.
- Marketing Support: Assist with light social media marketing to promote products and engage customers online.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is required; furniture sales experience is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, outgoing, and a team player.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Organized, professional, and neatly groomed.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
