You will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests during lunch, dinner, brunch, banquets, parties, meetings, and other special events. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver outstanding guest service will contribute to our success.

Duties:
  • Exhibit genuine hospitality with guests and act as a steward of teamwork amongst the staff.
  • Produce great quality ambience, food, drinks, and service.
  • Act as a team player, perform light cleaning/sidework, and exhibit maturity and responsibility.
  • Set up dining room, bar, service stations, banquet tables, linens, and decorations according to event specifications.
  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure phenomenal service.

Qualifications:
  • Bartenders: 2+ years experience in a full service restaurant. Age minimum: 21.
  • Servers: 1+ years experience in a full service restaurant. Age minimum: 18.
  • Food Runners Previous experience in the food industry or banquet service is preferred. Age minimum: 18.
  • Host/ess - No experience required but MUST be dynamic, energetic, and professional. Minimum age - 17.
  • All candidates must commit to at least 3 shifts per week and that must include the weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
