Project Specifications: 
  • We are hiring multiple wood pole inspection professionals 
  • The position is an ongoing W-2 contract with the potential for long-term work 
  • Work is in Maryland, DC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New Jersey with short term deployments in other states 
  • Onboarding and training provided by Clearsight prior to deployment 
  • Ability to travel is required 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Utilize advanced equipment to perform ground level inspections of utility poles 
  • Transport/carry equipment between poles and areas to be inspected 
  • Maintain accountability of assigned equipment 
  • Work as a member of a team in reaching team production targets 
  • Work in a safe and efficient matter utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) 
  • Perform other reasonably assigned work 

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Reliable vehicle 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain 
  • Execute physically demanding work, including regularly moving up to 50 lbs of equipment 
  • Ability to travel 
  • Ability to work five days a week and Saturdays as required 
  • Ability to enter basic asset identifying information into computerized equipment 

Availability Expectations: 
  • Availability to work 5 days a week and Saturdays as required 
  • Due to the nature of the role, you must be on-site 

Necessary Equipment: 
  • All technology equipment will be provided by Clearsight 
  • All PPE will be provided by Clearsight 
  • You will need a reliable vehicle 
  • You will be required to wear work appropriate clothing and footwear (not supplied)  

Payment:  
  • $18-$20/per hour plus ability to earn weekly production bonuses  
  • Overtime is available, depending on project 
  • We also pay per mile for your vehicle 
  • Payment can be remitted weekly or bi-weekly through direct deposit 

Hire Date:  
  • Immediately, pending successful background check and drug screening
