Responsible for:

• Must be able to assist in maintaining network servers.
• Must be able to monitor scheduled backups.
• Image, configure and deploy PCs in an enterprise environment.
• Must be able to deploy and repair local and network printers.
• Must be able to install and configure software applications on-site and remotely.
• Must be able to deploy and support handheld devices.
• Must be able to assist in the installation and support of VPN client software.
• Must be able to support phone systems, NAV 2018, Starship, Zeta Docs, Zeta Fax, SharePoint Online, etc.
• Assist in Report Writing on NAV 2018 ERP System.
• HTML Knowledge to assist in an e-commerce website.
• Assist in maintaining the company website.
• Assist with any new employees (Active Directory, phone system, email, NAV set up).
• Problems must be solved accurately and in a timely fashion.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years in a Help Desk or IT support position.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud applications.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and remain composed when working with users.

Education Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years in Help Desk Support.
• Strong Communication and Troubleshooting Skills.
• CompTIA A+.
• Minimum 2 years of Networking Experience.

Contingent upon passing a drug screen which includes marijuana testing.   

We also offer a quarterly profit-sharing bonus after 90 days based on company/employee performance results.
