Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing in the Florida real estate market. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, promoting our services and building relationships with real estate agents and agencies across the state. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing's services to real estate agents and agencies through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent our company and generate leads.
• Educate real estate agents on the benefits of our services, including Real Estate Photography and other media creation offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our products and services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong networking abilities, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the Florida real estate market and familiarity with real estate terminology and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Availability to travel within Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee & Collier Counties for client meetings and events, as needed.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
