JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Retrieve racks of raw material from the staging area.
  • Place rack in designated unload or load position.
  • Accurately count parts on the rack.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects and reject non-conforming products.
  • Unload parts from the rack onto the infeed conveyor.
  • Drill holes in extrusion according to print.
  • Hang drilled extrusions onto hooks on a conveyor line.
  • Maintain full line missing no hooks other than planned gaps.
  • Ensure that all spacer bars are placed in designated carts.
  • Replace bent and dirty hooks as necessary.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work area.
  • Work safely and abide by all company safety policies.
  • Follow all company work rules.
  • To meet our customer needs such as providing excellent customer service by motivating the team, taking ownership of customer issues, and following problems through to resolution.
  • Demonstrate 360 degree thinking in our professional fields.
  • Be agile to manage all strategic goals, plans and tasks.
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned.
