Front of the House Manager - Join Our Kannapolis, NC Team  

Total Compensation up to $55,000 depending upon experience  

Are you a natural leader with a passion for exceptional customer service? We're looking for an experienced Front of the House Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate the dining experience at our restaurant in Kannapolis, NC.  

What You'll Do:
  • Lead front of house operations with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.  
  • Train, supervise, and schedule hosts, servers, and bartenders.  
  • Optimize seating arrangements and manage customer flow for efficient operations.  
  • Handle inventory management and maintain cost-effective practices.  
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.  
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.  
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while meeting brand standards.  
  • Recruit and onboard front of house staff members for a professional team.  
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience managing front of house operations in the hospitality or food service industry.  
  • Proven leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire your team.  
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellence.  
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations, as well as inventory management.  
  • Proficiency in handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.  
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
