POSITION REPORTS TO:  Maintenance Supervisor

FUNCTIONS: To maintain the Corporate Office, restaurant buildings, and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Order parts for equipment and keep a log of dates and items.
  • Check and keep parts in stock for reports.
  • Keep a daily log on maintenance personnel.
  • Report daily to the Maintenance Supervisor on jobs completed and status.
  • Gas invoices are turned in per the yearly gas reimbursement schedule.
  • Copies of charge slips are turned in daily or on the next business day.
  • Master maintenance list turned in per schedule.
  • Keep a record of van repairs and service.
  • Bi-weekly attendance record.
  • Paperwork from restaurants to offices and vice-versa.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS:
  • Maintenance of prep equipment.
  • Minimal plumbing and electrical equipment.
  • Painting.
  • Ceiling tile replacement and repair.
  • Floor and wall tile repair.
  • Parking area and curb maintenance.
  • Roof leaks.
  • Delivering office orders to the restaurants.
  • Sharpen grill tools and knives.
  • Window washing of restaurants.

EDUCATION: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Background in commercial building and restaurant equipment maintenance.
