Description:
To assist the controller and other accounting staff with accounting functions.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Process vendor invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Submit vendor invoices for approval
  • Print and mail checks
  • Handle all AP inquiries
  • Process 1099 forms at year end
  • Maintain vendor information and files
  • Reconcile the accounts payable systems
  • Maintain asset tracking list for completeness and accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned
