We are looking for enthusiastic individuals wanting to make a difference in someone else's lives.

TSE, Inc. provides job training and support services for adults with developmental disabilities.  We have part-time/ backup driving opportunities transporting persons served to and from home and work.

Schedule:
  • FLEXIBILE - Part Time, Backup hours (AM & PM).
  • Monday through Friday hours - NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS  
Great job for retirees and college students. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES. 
Rate: $17.02/hr to start. $17

.39/hour after 6 months.

This position includes a $2000 hiring bonus:
  • $1000 paid out at 1 month of successful employment.
  • $250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment.
  • $250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment.
  • $500 paid out at 1 year of successful employment. 
In addition, this position also receives a $200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2200 in bonuses within your 1st year. 

What: Transport adults with developmental disabilities.

How: Drive a new 15 passenger Ford Transit van and/or lift van.

When: Monday through Friday days hours.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Enthusiastic and responsible.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
