Order Selector at GreenSheen Paint

Join our team and make a difference in the fight against paint waste with GreenSheen Paint, a leader in environmentally sustainable product production and latex paint recycling. Our commitment to eco-friendliness has made us a pioneer in producing premium latex paint that is kind to the planet.

As an order selector, you will report to the Shipping Manager and Plant Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Each order selector will also be eligible for a $1000 bi-annual bonus through a performance-based program.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
  • Counting and verifying inventory.
  • Inspecting stock for damage and faults, and communicating errors to relevant parties.
  • Labeling and storing inventory in an organized manner.
  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily shipping goals.

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in order pulling or shipping and receiving.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attendance record.
  • Physical dexterity and strength, including the ability to lift heavy items and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • The ability to work extended hours when necessary.
