Duties and Responsibilities:
  • consultations about clients
  • initial mental health evaluations resulting in realistic treatment plans
  • assessing clients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc.
  • provide brief, solution focused therapy;
  • provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to chronic medical conditions;
  • provide information and referral services;
  • care coordination
  • crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
  • provision of other services related to wellness
  • documentation of services provided in accordance with requirements
  • other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services
  • individual psychotherapy with children, adults and families
  • documentation and scheduling in electronic health record

Requirements:
  • Master's 
  • LCSW (WA license) 
  • One years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field
