This is a full-time position with rotating Saturday shifts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent customer service for our clients and their pets. 
  • Answering phone calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments and pet questions
  • Checking clients in and out and ensuring all needs have been met
  • Entering and updating client information and patient records
  • Responding to or forwarding E-mails (we reach inbox zero every day)
  • Interpreting Veterinarian orders and our protocols to educate clients and explain requirements
  • Visually assessing patients in the lobby and alerting hospital staff in the event of an emergency
  • Tackling other projects as assigned (with a smile, as always)
Job Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have at least 2 years of client-facing customer service experience, 1 year of veterinary experience required.
  • Must be a bright, friendly, and effective communicator in order to communicate with clients, visitors, veterinarians, and hospital staff. (It’s okay if you talk to animals, too).
  • Must have MS Office and G Suite experience and speed-typing skills (We like tech-savvy people.)
  • Must have a pleasant presence on the phone and the ability to manage numerous calls.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit and move freely for extended periods of time.
Ideally, you have:
  • 2+ years of veterinary experience.
  • Flexible availability (We’re open 8a-8p M-F and 8a-2p Saturday).
