Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is hiring Direct Support staff in the Kingston MA area This role encompasses both Direct Support Professional and Adult Companion Care responsibilities and begins on a part-time basis with the potential to transition to a full-time caseload based on your availability and preferred travel distance.

Our team collaborates with family members and existing providers to develop and achieve individualized goals, enhancing overall independence at home and in the community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities. 
  • Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
  • Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement.
  • Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
  • Must have flexible availability.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
