Position: Middle School Teacher (Project-Based Learning in Math, English, History, STEAM, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Design and execute dynamic project-based learning experiences tailored to middle school students, aligning with curriculum standards and student interests.
- Foster a student-centered classroom environment that cultivates inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Guide and mentor students through every stage of the project lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution and reflection.
- Cultivate a collaborative learning atmosphere where students collaborate to address real-world challenges and develop essential 21st-century competencies.
- Provide consistent support and constructive feedback to students, empowering them to reach project objectives and academic milestones.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary concepts and encourage cross-curricular connections within the curriculum.
- Harness technology and various educational resources to enrich learning experiences and facilitate student-driven research and exploration.
- Evaluate student progress using a range of assessment methods, including project presentations, portfolios, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and stakeholders, offering regular updates on student advancement and program initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in project-based learning and educational trends.

Qualifications

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for innovative teaching methodologies and student-centered learning approaches.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students.

Preferred
- Valid teaching certification or licensure.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing project-based learning pedagogy and designing instructional materials.
- Proficiency in integrating technology to enhance project-based learning experiences.
