Magers Excavation has an opening for a driven, hard working excavation foreman to join our growing team We are seeking individuals who wish to grow in their ability as a skilled dirt work operator, leadership of a team, and ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.  Why work for us:

Job Requirements:

• A knowledge base of fine and mass grading, erosion and sediment control, aggregate and rip rap installation, and culverts.
• Ability to operate: Excavator, Dozer, Scraper, Tractor and Pan Scraper, Loader, And Dump Truck is an asset. 
• CDL is considered an asset. 
• Ability to layout a job and set elevations considered an asset.
• Ability to read a job blueprint considered an asset. 
• Knowledge of a GPS equipment considered an asset.
• Ability to manage a crew, delegate tasks and train junior operators. 
• Maintain/ schedule equipment service and maintenance logs.
• Log and track job actuals, equipment usage and man hours.
