We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. The Pharmacy Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations by assisting with administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, personable, and eager to contribute to a positive pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Verify insurance information and process payments at the point of sale.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
  • Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy software systems (training will be provided).
