Our products are available on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and more. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sublimation Print Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sublimation Print Specialist who is well-versed in branding, social media creation, graphics, and printing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality prints. This role involves managing the entire sublimation and embroidery printing processes, from design to production, while ensuring brand consistency and building our social media presence from the ground up. An understanding of Wholesale, Amazon, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and other e-commerce fulfillment processes is essential.

Working days are Monday through Friday. However, flexibility for weekend shifts may be required occasionally, based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sublimation and Embroidery Printing:

• Operate and maintain sublimation and embroidery printing equipment.
• Prepare and process substrates for printing, ensuring optimal quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to minimize downtime.

Graphic Design:

• Create and edit graphics for sublimation and embroidery printing using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing and on-brand designs & Marketing concepts.

Branding:

• Ensure all printed materials adhere to company branding guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies.

Social Media Creation:

• Develop and manage the company’s social media profiles from scratch.
• Create and schedule engaging content to build and grow an audience.
• Promote new products and designs through social media channels.
• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sublimation and embroidery printing.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of branding principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating and managing social media content for business.
• Understanding of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related social media field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the printing industry.
• Knowledge of other printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, direct-to-garment).
