Position: Lead Water Restoration Technician
PROFESSIONAL WATER TECHNICIANS - WE WANT YOU.  Dry Pros is a turn-key restoration operation with unheard-of company values and a strong customer service reputation.

Professional Responsibilities:
  • Respond and assist with property loss assignments.
  • Lead and assist crew in properly handling tasks and assignments.
  • Perform and ensure all stabilization techniques are upheld to industry standards throughout the life of the project.
  • Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and report project updates to the Mitigation Project Manager on a wily basis.
  • Monitor and record daily drying conditions (atmospheric and moisture content reports).
  • Effectively communicate with the crew, management, and office staff throughout the true workday.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, clear of hazards or debris, and are always fully stocked with proper equipment and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation schedule
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings and training

Experience & Requirements:
  • 2+ Years Restoration Industry & Structural Drying experience.
  • Strong cloud-based job documentation software knowledge.
  • Must be Punctual and Driven with Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Team Focused.
  • WRT/ASD Certified/ Strong IICRC Standard Knowledge.
  • Must be open to developing a new outlook on the importance of your personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.
  • Driver’s License and clean MVR is required.
