Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Pediatric Dentist with a passion for children’s oral health to join our dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, networking and growing the pediatric practice while creating positive dental experiences for our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities:

•  Perform comprehensive oral exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental treatments for pediatric patients.
•  Diagnose and treat oral health issues in children, including infants and teenagers.
•  Provide guidance on preventive dental care and educate both patients and parents on oral hygiene practices.
•  Maintain a positive and caring environment for children to reduce anxiety and foster trust.
•  Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications:

•  DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
•  Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
•  Active Missouri dental license or eligibility for licensure.
•  Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication.
•  Experience working with children, special needs patients, and anxious patients is a plus.
•  Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive office culture.
