Key Results Area –STL Warehouse Expeditor
Working Hours:  8:00 am to 5:00 pmReports to:                  GENERAL MANAGER                          
Working Days: Monday thru Friday, Saturdays as required by schedule demands Key Result #1  - Warehouse Inventory and Tile/Slate Roofing Materials

• Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Work with team as directed by Warehouse Foreman/General Manager
• Assist with safely and efficiently, Loading and Unloading all Freight 
• Inspect all Deliveries for damage, document and notify necessary personnel as required
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders for tile/slate sales and roofing operations
• Receive/Inventory all materials arriving for tile/slate sales and roofing operations
• Keep warehouse, storage yard and parking areas clean, maintained and organized
• Identify issues/problems with warehouse and yard and provide solutions with implementation of the corrections

 Key Result #2 - Assist company staff and clients

• Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Be proactive in helping solve problems that arise
• Provide solutions and implement procedures to correct recurring problems 
• Provide assistance to help fill in areas of need as they arise

 Key Result #3 - Assist Roofing Crews with necessary materials and equipment 

• Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Assist with preparing materials and equipment for every job, daily
• Load and unload trailers properly as required
• Ensure equipment is kept in good working order
• Notify Supervisor of operational improvement suggestions
• Delivery materials to jobsite as needed
• Pick up materials from vendors as needed
