Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Bookkeeping experience.
- Minimum of 3 years Quickbooks experience.
- Must be of legal age.
- Possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Submit to a background check.
- Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
- Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, and willing to adjust schedules according to the needs of Ohana.
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution strategy.

- Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports while upholding strong business communication.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records management experience are required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 10 Key Accounting & Quickbooks.
- The Admin and Accounting Clerk will match invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Remedy discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts + preparing correction documents as required.
- Organize documents that require knowledge in determining the proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes.
- Aid Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing + A/P invoice matching & filing.
- Compose statements and reports that require the utilization of a variety of sources.
- Companywide accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing + other ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable: Apply cash receipts, process daily invoices/credit, and help with the collection of past due balance.
- Report financial facts to journals and ledgers.
