Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support cooks and chefs by helping with ingredient preparation, such as chopping vegetables or measuring ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Help with catering events by setting up food stations and serving guests as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- A strong interest in the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour.
