Experienced Barback

Barbacks are responsible for:
- Keeping the bar fully stocked & preparing garnishes
- Quality control
- Refilling juice bottles, fruit trays, & ice wells
- Restocking liquor bottles, straws, napkins, & cups
- Changing out kegs during the shift (must be able to lift 50ibs)
- Batching large quantities of cocktails
- Following recipe guidelines while batching
- Keeping the bar and surrounding area clean during service
- Opening and closing the bar
- Communicating directly with bartenders and management
- Unloading truck orders
- Organizing bar, storage, and prep areas
- Following directions established by management
