Machine Operator

Job Description Summary:
1st through 3rd shifts available We have openings for different work shifts. Machine Operators are vital in making our products. They ensure the quality of the items and operate machines. We're looking for people who take pride in their work and enjoy a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Maintain high quality in the work produced.
• Operate assigned machine(s) by doing necessary tasks.
• Inspect products carefully, document results accurately, and follow guidelines.
• Package and label parts accurately.
• Make sure machines work well and meet performance standards.
• Ensure product quality, control waste, and identify items accurately.
• Follow safety rules, including using required protective gear.
• Check that all machine safety features are working.
• Fill out all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Enter information into the computer system using assigned terminals.
• Do preventive maintenance on machines.
• Keep the work area clean and follow housekeeping tasks.
• Follow instructions and update coworkers on the work process.

Required Skills and Education:

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions (both written and verbal)
• Competence in using equipment as trained
• Team-oriented work ethic
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends as needed
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Dependable attendance record
