XO Taco, located in downtown Syracuse, NY is looking for a dishwasher for a bustling and vibrant restaurant.

Job Summary:
  • Full/part-time position available.
  • High volume and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual or as a team.
  • Has knowledge of sanitation standards and basic full-service restaurant dishwashing practices.
  • Excellent communication with managers and staff.

Main job duties include:
  • Overall BOH sanitation.
  • Dish-pit sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Assisting line cooks with clean dishes.
  • Closing down the dish pit at night.
