As a service technician, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our clients' homes with personalized storage solutions. From crafting custom closets to installing meticulously designed shelving systems, you'll be the expert behind the makeover. Your commitment to exceptional service ensures our clients not only achieve the organization they desire but also relish the satisfaction of a beautifully optimized living space.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay Range: $19-24 an hour Locations: Denver Metro Area

Successful candidate qualifications:
  • Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and diagrams is a plus.

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Install custom closets and storage systems in both residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to update them on installation progress and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients on the usage and maintenance of their closet organization systems.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing schedules as needed.
  • Diagnose problems and develop effective repair solutions.
  • Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of their closet organization systems, fireplaces, or stoves.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to acquire skills in fireplace or stove installation, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and operate in confined spaces.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
