Job Title: Recruitment & Onboarding SpecialistFLSA Status: Non-Exempt/ Part-Time, SeasonalPay Rate: varies depending on experience; $15/hourRevision Date: April 25, 2024 This position reports to the Area Manager, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:Recruiting:
  • Providing support to the operations manager with human resources tasks.
  • Creating and posting job advertisements on job websites.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates.
  • Prepare documents, screen tests, interview questions, and other relevant documents.
  • Explain work requirements and job duties to candidates.
  • Maintain a good relationship with employees and candidates.
  • Participating in recruitment events.
  • Assist with maintenance of internal company databases.
Administrative:
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
  • Assist in forwarding rejection letters.
  • Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite and in the field.
  • Assist in preparing and sending offer emails.
  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee information emails.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.
Administrative Assistant Work Requirements:
  • 1-2 years professional work experience, recruiting experience preferred.
  • Associates Degree or some college preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to travel locally for recruitment meetings and employee trainings. 
  • Must be readily responsive to email and text messages
