We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in these areas, particularly within industrial or commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and construction on vital stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins throughout the central states.
  • Utilize hand-held tools, power tools, and heavy construction equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
  • Take advantage of travel opportunities during the week, exploring various locations while making a significant impact.
  • Learn and develop pioneering construction and regulatory compliance techniques.
  • Document field observations to contribute to project success and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the highest safety standards on every project, protecting yourself and your team.

Desired Qualifications:Education: GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experienceExperience: 2 to 4 years in constructionTravel: Willing to travel Monday through Friday, with 85% travel expectedDriving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExpertise: Experience with the repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is a plusSkills: Competent in operating construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools. Basic understanding of plans and specs, and knowledge of stormwater, sediment, and erosion controlSafety and Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and familiarity with DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers
