We are looking for a Full-time Sales Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Embrace the store culture and represent the ELM Shoes brand at its highest level through professional selling & customer service.
  • Greet customers and interact with them to clarify their needs.
  • ELM Shoes is a "Sit and Fit" shoe store. Employees will be trained to measure, scan, and properly fit customers' footwear.
  • Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business.
  • Work with a team in doing various day-to-day tasks of the store such as sales, stock room, store appearance, and taking phone calls.

 What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Enjoys working with the public.
  • Available to work a full-time set schedule. 
  • Good communication skills and a passion for customer care.
