  • Safety Awareness: Prioritizes safety, particularly when operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Service Oriented: The primary responsibility of all our employees is providing the the highest quality customer service to our customers.
  • Roles and Responsibilities: Effectively manage maintenance crew while servicing commercial and residential properties.
  • Time Management: Understand the basics of time management while still adhering to quality control measures.
  • Training: Effectively train new crew members about basic lawn maintenance practices and equipment use.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiently operates a range of vehicles and powered equipment for landscape maintenance.
  • Landscape Duties: Performs essential landscape tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, top dressing, flower planting, debris cleanup, digging, leaf blowing, weed removal, etc.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensures proper care and maintenance of all equipment and materials, including performing minor repairs.
  • Loading and Unloading: Effectively handles the daily loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and debris.
  • Safety Compliance: Adheres to safety instructions.
  • Physical Demands: Successfully manages heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks, adapting to diverse weather conditions.

Schedule: This is a permanent position with a work week consisting of an average of 40 hours - Mon thru Fri
