Topsider Building Systems, Inc., an upscale post & beam design and prefabrication firm seeks individuals to oversee project estimating and take-offs (purchasing background a plus). 
EDUCATION:
  • Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
 EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction as a GC, project manager, estimator, or directly involved in builder or contractor material sales, having done take-offs, purchasing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Must be computer literate (particularly with Excel), and have basic extensive familiarity with residential building materials.
 
COMPENSATION: 
  • $55k to start based on qualifications and experience.
  
BENEFITS:
