Summary:
We're currently seeking motivated and service-oriented MA professionals to join our team in Plano. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Ideal candidates will be proficient in various tasks including patient preparation, scheduling, and assisting providers during procedures. If you have a strong background in Electronic Medical Records, phlebotomy (IV experience preferred), and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you
What We're Looking For:

• Expert proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
• Phlebotomy experience (IV experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• MA with an esthetics background preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic attitude
• Detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
• Med Spa/Dermatology experience is preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Compassionate and caring approach towards patients and coworkers

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians/NPs in various tasks
• Patient scheduling and phone call management
• Room patients and prepare for exams and esthetic services
• Use EMR to input medical histories and prescriptions
• Perform patient treatments within the scope of Pediatrics and Wellness Spa
• Collect lab specimens and notify patients of results
• Assist with new patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms
• Participate in training and adhere to policies and procedures
• Weekend hours are mandatory but variable and prescheduled
