We are currently interviewing for a Quality Inspector in Laconia, NH.

  • 7 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday, overtime, and weekends as necessary.

In addition, you will:  
  • Accurately perform hardness and other tests and record results as required.
  • Perform calibration of all testing equipment accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform audits, weekly probes, surveys, etc. as needed or defined by procedure and/or schedule.
  • May be required to complete conformance certificates and/or other related paperwork.
  • Promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
  • This position will allow for cross-training and development of additional skills. 
 We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders. 
  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience in metal components, as an inspector, or working in the heat treating industry preferred, but not required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a working knowledge of all testing equipment and terminology.
  • Some experience reading/interpreting blueprints/specifications is preferred, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and possess manual dexterity.
  • May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
 This position requires the following physical and mental demands consisting of, but not limited to the following:
  • Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment.
  • Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
  • Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
  • Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
  • Ability to hear in person and via phone.
