- Must have five years of experience in fencing sales.

Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more fence projects. Develop and uphold all relationships with vendors, subcontractors, owners, etc.
- Adapt to companies' pre-existing procedures for estimating.
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing details for clients with both residential and commercial projects.
- Your duties include placing bids for fence building jobs, submitting detailed labor and materials cost plans, and overseeing multiple projects at a time.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors, ensure project completion per deadlines, lead a team of employees and contractors through each build, and follow company procedures for estimates.
- Responsibilities include submitting requests for quotes and deliveries, organizing labor and work schedules, and using computer programs to provide accurate project estimates and outlines.
