Resident Caregiver

- Looking for a flexible, caring and patient caregiver who can provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with the residence philosophy, policies and resident rights.
- Assist residents in meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs and assist with their daily activities of daily living.
- Adhere to a resident's individual service plan, notify resident service director and wellness nurse of any changes in the resident's condition.
- Answer and respond in a timely manner to all resident calls.
- Check on residents every two hours and document and report findings on Point Click Care.
- Assist with residents' personal laundry.
- Assist and encourage residents to attend activity and social programs within and outside of the community.
- Assist with cleaning and tidying of resident's personal apartments.
- Encourage and support resident independence.
