We are looking for a professional who has worked in a clinical office and/or hospital setting, preferably caring for patients with kidney-related diseases.
SALARY: $70-75 with additional productivity bonus with work life balance
MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:
- Obtains medical histories, organizes relevant data, performs physical examinations, and suggests pertinent laboratory, radiographic or other studies that are needed to establish or support a diagnosis.
- Maintain documentation for patient care accurately and effectively
- Evaluating and treating problems like AKI, CKD and assessing patients for acute and chronic dialysis needs, dyselectrolytemia, hematuria, proteinuria etc.
- Communicate effectively with the primary team/provider and call for consultations as necessary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Nurse Practitioner with an active license to practice in the State of New York
- 3 years work experience required, preferably in Nephrology
- Share hospital coverage with other Nephrologists
- Outpatient Dialysis coverage, as needed
- Office Hours can be flexible
- Ability to be credentialed at the affiliated hospital
