DescriptionAre you interested in a career in healthcare? Do you have excellent organizational and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team in the Internal Medicine department. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, documenting patient medical histories, examinations, and treatments. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical field and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently document medical histories, examinations, and treatments.
  • Maintain and update patient records in electronic medical record systems.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in managing patient workflows and schedules.
  • Prepare and edit medical reports and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Scribe during patient encounters to capture pertinent information.
  • Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare or life sciences preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals.
