Concrete Polishing / Epoxy Coating Specialist 

Experience in working on relevant flooring projects and using polishing equipment is essential, but not required. You will perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. You must be results driven, composed and demonstrate excellent teamwork. 

Duties Include, but are not limited to: 

· Mechanical polishing, using grinding machines and processes 

· Edge grinding 

· Concrete Repairs 

· Vacuuming 

· Communicate professionally and effectively 

· Ensure all materials will be stored in a neat, orderly fashion 

· Assess issues, develop and implement action to resolve them 

· Ensure all equipment is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner 

· Professional and respectful communication 

· Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations 

· Input timely hours via company time-clock app 

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

· Must have a valid driver's license 

· 18 years of age or older 

· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. 

· Authorized to work in the United States 

· Demonstrates dependability, accountability, and initiative 

· Be able to work independently and in a team setting 

· Experience in with mechanical polishing and hand polishing 

· Must be available to work nights and weekends (when necessary) 

· Must be available to travel out of town (when necessary) 

· Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
