Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and plans that support the company's overall objectives
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new technology systems and infrastructure
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends and make recommendations for incorporating them into our business processes
  • Manage and optimize the company's technology budget and resources
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems and data
  • Collaborate with other department heads to identify technology needs and prioritize projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and partners
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technology professionals and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new technologies and innovations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish and manage budgets for technology projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop the technology team to enhance skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive technologies.
 Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technology management
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing technology projects and systems
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business objectives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Hands on knowledge of VMWare, O365, Sonicwall, Windows & SQL Server, Windows Desktop and Macintosh OS’s, LDAP. AD, GP’s MFA
